It displays that message when I try to log into StarCraft II. What's it mean?
It means it is time to close your computer, sit up, stretch, get out of the house, meet some nice girls, and have a better day than sitting all day at home writing useless posts playing Starcraft 2.

It means that the people behind Battle.net 2 have finally realized their abysmal failure and have all suicided, leaving no one to upregulate the system, so now it is down.
