I don't see the problem here. Either he's a moronic douche who'll decline and who you can then drop, or he'll respect yourr wishes and stop doing it. Why do you need help figuring this out?

This is pretty much exactly what I was thinking, and the best advice in the thread.

You definitely need to say it is making you feel uncomfortable. And not just 'you' but you and all your other friends. You can also tell him that if he keeps doing it, you will all stop going round to his house (and wherever else it is that he does it). You can still be friends (albeit this would put stress on it), but you don't have to put yourself(ves) into uncomfortable situations.
