I've download a library, but I wonder how I am supposed to use it now.
How can I import it in my map and start playing with it?

In the data menu under libraries use the import library feature.
To see what is in the library under view click show libraries.
To see what is in the library under view click show libraries.
None.
I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
Or just right click in the library area and chose "library -> import library".
