Very good, young padawan, but you still have much to learn.

I'm a bit worried about TMPIN2 though (on yours, not mine). The negative voltages being terribly off aren't that big a deal either (I don't think).

"worry" temperatures for CPUs are ~85 C.
"worry" temperatures for GPUs are ~100 C, though they say that 105 C is usually max on GPUs. Most are designed to run hot anyway, especially fermi, g92, and anything from before the 5000 series. I've had my GPU up to 102 before I cleaned it out.

How do I increase the fan speed for my gpu? It's now idling around 124f

My apologies, I only know my way around ATi Tray Tools, which doesn't have official support for any HD cards. There's a beta version which works I think with them, though. In ATT, it's under Hardware -> Overclocking Settings -> Fan.

Catalyst Control Center isn't that bad apparently, so you might search around the settings there. Practically everything you want should be there.

If it's not, you can try out something like speedfan. There's also some programs by various manufacturers which allow this and overclocking (they work regardless of the brand you actually bought). I think it's MSI afterburner or something.

Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
