Building a computer

I'm looking to build a new computer capable of running SC2, so I've been looking around myself, and it's getting rather confusing...
So far, I've looked at several processors, and a few video cards, but I don't really know if there's something better for the price. As to the rest, I don't even know what to look for.

So far I have:
INTEL Core i3-530 Processor
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4650 1GB 2DVI AGP Video Card
Seagate Barracuda 500 GB Internal hard drive
Intel Desktop Board DH55PJ

But I really need some help. I'm pretty sure this is too pricey for me. I've got ~$650 to spend right now, and could probably make some more with some ease.
I plan to upgrade in the future, so I don't need anything grand right now - just something nice that I can work with

NimoStar -- Well. The bot didn't come up with any new strategy. It just has superhuman micro. Hard to beat that. I reckon even the simplest dedicated chess engines are unbeatable for humans now.

that doesn't mean he was prepared. When humans come around with new strategies it often takes weeks until the pros figure out how to shut it down. Oh_Man

that's certainly a way more convincing argument for micro being "too good to beat".
