Hi guys,
I want to remap my hotkeys for starcraft and learned so far that TBL Pad and WinMPQ are the both programms I need to use for that.
WinMPQ is running properly but TBL Pad is always reporting the error "can't load COMDLG32.OCX" I assume that TBL Pad requieres RunPack3. So I downloaded this package. Unfortanetaly Runpack3 Installer wants to install in windows/system folder and this aways fails because of no disc space
I assume the reason for that is that the installer has no permissions for this folder. Nor I know how extract the files manually.
Any idea how I can do that. I appreciate , if somebody knows a tool that is easier to install or works without additional drivers

What OS are you using, and are you the administrator? If you are the administrator, try running the installer as an admin. (On Windows 7, at least, this is done by right-clicking on the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator" or w/e.)
Another possibility is to use PyTBL. The problem is that BWAI has been nucked with a sekrit carrior/doack hybrid powered by cheese-bloated kittens, which took down the only known source of the PyMS programs. I'll try to get a copy from someone for you.

The ZIP files for VB4 and the runtime files contain installers, and appear to also carry renamed versions of the file you need.
MANUAL STEPS (untested lololol) -> May not work
VB40032.DL_ and Comdlg32.oc_ appear to be the files you require.
Rename them to
VB40032.DLL and Comdlg32.ocx respectively.
Then move the files to "C:\WINDOWS\system32".
Alternatively, I could just send you the two files directly in their proper forms.
If you're using a personal (i.e. family, private) computer, and you're not the administrator, and you can't install the files or whatever, contact someone who has administrator access and get them to use the installers/move the files to the system32 directory.

It won't work to simply rename them. You need to use a utility called Expand to uncompress it. You also need to use regsvr32 to register the file.
By the way, I think the disk space thing is just a warning but lets you continue anyway? It is a bug in the installer (which I didn't write). Also, the easiest way to install my programs and get them running is to use the installer I have at the top of the downloads list on my site.
