Let me show you how to hump without making love.

Essentially, I am trying to recreate the Tar from SC1's deserts. How would I go about this? I cannot understand the water editor details at all.

Err... I don't believe lava is actually editable, so try basing it on a water, setting the color to dark brown, lowering reflectivity and increasing opacity (and similar-sounding-numbers).

Alright, using water and I got the desired color. Problems are: It has some shiny shit going on and I want to remove the white tide effects on ramps. That or make them a dark color as well. Wish this was as easy as editing Actor colors.

Shiny shit is something relating to reflectivity. Look at other options there that sound as if they have something to do with that and play with them.

White tide... no idea, honestly. Sorry. : /

Hello

Which seems to be working is:
Set minimal reflection to zero and the thing underneath to maximal.

If you don't want the players to be able to look through it, make the second option to maximal (something with color, got the German editor so I dunno what exactly it is called)

Please report errors in the Staredit.Network forum.

what?
i prefer speed to graphics
EDIT: the see through thing on the english editor is alpha, btw

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
