New xbox coming out. It's got a sleek black design and looks pretty epic. New features are:
- 250 gb HD
- Built-in wireless adapter
- A lot quieter than current xbox
- Comes with Kinect

You can get this for $299. I think that's a pretty good price, but I'm really pissed that I have a perfectly working xbox 360 premium that I bought for $400, but I'll still have to pay for the whole thing if I want to buy the new one.

It does not say it comes with Kinect; it says ready for Kinect. I don't think that means it comes with it, though I'm not sure what "ready for Kinect" is really supposed to mean either, since they said the accessory would work with any Xbox 360. The note at the bottom does say the Kinect sensor requires 175 MB of memory, so it probably just has to do with that the system has a hard drive. Anyway, unless this system does not come out until November of this year, it couldn't possibly come with Kinect.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
