Yeah, theres a big difference between lm l1 and the sniper rifle. The sniper rifle being immune to spells and not having a cooldown is what made it OP. If it were more similar to lm l1 where its affected by spells and has a cooldown, it woulndt be OP

As for medic, can we make medic's current l4 l3? Many thinks medic's l4 is not as tide turning as other hero's l4. And make a new l4! Like...all other heros near medic turns invincible...

I hit Jack who was archer with a l2 and l4 combo and he survived it. that's BS. He wasn't even close to dieing.

I do suck with dm though

DM's L4 is very dependent upon upgrading your damage.

I think this is perhaps the most important point.

Unless she is heavily denied of grinding throughout the entire game, I often see a dm get more than just enough melee upgrades, considering that the dm uses its spells solely on players, I often under-upgrade her mana(170 total is all I need for a night kill!) so I can put a few civs into minerals...

Without sniper l3 rine is incredibly weak. The spell isn't even OP. Also I would prefer to keep a drain on web since he ain't have nuke.

I'll probably have the final M9 version released before friday along with the tourny announcement. South random is working, and south mechlv3, and strings are mostly done. All that's left is DMlv4 fix, medic lv1 chooser, start off night, give sniper back, Spawn HP+, and some strings, but mostly I'm going to be doing trigger optimization. Part of why ts is popular is because it is not a crazy trigger intensive map so it's really hard to lag, but some people still do. There's a ton of stuff I can adjust on the triggers that will make it even more lag free, like locations not needing to be constantly centered, replacing bring conditions with deaths, and cutting out about 20 unnecessary locations. I even think I can cut the file size down to 100kB. So see if you notice the map being more responsive next update.

So we need to start doing 3v3's. What's everyone doing tonight at 6:00PM EDT?

5:30 for you I think. What I meant to say was EDT, since most places have daylight savings time.

Basically, just 3 hours ahead from w/e time you see on this post.

I was thinking that maybe Lm l3 could get a buff to it's base damage, around the area of 30 perhaps, what do you think?

I also just can't see the temple heals every 7 second thing working... I don't understand the reasoning behind it, I mean there used to be a safe place on the map, at your temple, now you have to run around temple to avoid taking damage, which is quite annoying

I'm not sure about the medic l1 choice thing...the old l1 of the medic by far surpasses the new l1 since 120hp = meh even in early games...and in late games it gets even more useless...we don't want to see a spell get completely useless towards the end of the game right?

What I'd suggest is for the medic's l1 to summon up to 3 medics max and recharge them with l1 when it's maxed...how does that sound?

The healing every 7 seconds makes it so much easier to end a game earlier-----so many times I have seen a game dragged out because of a lm defending so much, and the attacker played cautiously, causing unnecessary loooong games. Also it encourages strategies such as a hero getting chasing enemy into base to finish off another player, which makes very interesting games.

Rifle Does not a need a cooldown, in all honesty its not that big of a kill move. Its a reactionary defensive move, not an extremely potent kill move. Come on people, its not like lurkers where lurkers is viable all game. Why do you think its so overpowered? It tapers off endgame. The fact of the matter is not much changes except hes not totally useless anymore. War,Volt,Bat, and sometimes DM still hard counter him now. Why change anything? Stop the overpowered non-sense. Its a great early mid-game move that helps stay competitive. Stop trying to downgrade rine already, hes already been garbage for more than half the versions!

I agree with Vortex, upgrade LM's L3 base damage to 30. The reduced lag was a good idea, punish those who come to close.
Clans, do you have any ideas for an a new LM ultimate, i suggest taking the one from 1.6 and buffing it to like 500 HP. What do you think about removing LM's shields altogether and giving him 700 starting HP. Minor buff. Also put his reavers back in front of him please, the four corners idea is bad. Reduce Hallu cost maybe?

Put storm back to 40 or 50.

Mech/Vult at 50, revert to is fine. Also 60 could be good to because i realize ling has to pay 75 for his l2 upgrade.

Companions should be 45/45, remember they do feed a tremendous amount.

Give medic and new l3, and make her l4 5 levels of Health/Mana. It will offset its underpoweredness. Also restore her original attack. However, you do realize she does have many hard counter, restoring FH back to its original is not a bad idea. Summoner,Bat,Volt.
