Removed identifier? Wut?

Red classic.

I see some potential for Impossible Scenarios in there :)

B.net is very unstable however.
And forcing users to give emails to add friends (your login) is pretty lame.

Ever since Patch 13, Bnet has been VERY unstable. I got dropped randomly a few times and a=on top of that whenever I win a game, The score screen says "game in progress". 15 minutes later in the middle of my next game I get a message across my screen telling me I just Got an award for winning my 5th game as Terran. Even though that game ended a while ago.

and yes, The method for adding friends is quite annoying and difficult, unless your adding someone via replay from an old game.

Tell me about it.. I can't even login. I try to login and then the game locks up and then crashes to desktop. I've reinstalled 3 times, updated my drivers, etc. The game was working fine pre-patch 13. Oh and since they did the wipe, I can't post on the forums about the problem. Thanks Blizzard.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
[2026-7-16. : 6:26 am]
NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
[2026-7-15. : 4:10 am]
Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
