[SOLVED]Create 1 unit for each player

It looks like it should just create 1 unit for each player in game at 5.0 game seconds, I have no idea why it doesn't do that.

       Timer - Elapsed time is 5.0 Game Time seconds
   Local Variables
   Conditions
   Actions
       General - If (Conditions) then do (Actions) else do (Actions)
           If
               (Status of player (Picked player)) == Playing
           Then
               Unit - Create 1 Ghost for player (Picked player) at (Center of C-3) using default facing (No Options)
           Else

You have to specify the picked player. :bleh:
Instead of If Then Else action use this:

       Player Group - Pick each player in (Active Players) and do (Actions)

"Picked Player" refers to the picked player in a "Pick Player" function. You'll have to execute that function first, and then refer to the picked player.... I'm on my laptop currently, so I couldn't tell you exactly what the function is called.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?
