What is a global moderator? For this website? What do people expect Global Moderators to do? What are some past Global moderatoring done in the past that were significant (good and bad)? [i get the feeling they are the ones that lock topics, ban ppl]

I am actually being quite frank(not sarcastic). I am interested in what a global moderator is

Global moderators are people like Excalibur who can lock, edit, suspend, etc. any regular user in any section. Global mods are expected to uphold the rules of SEN, and maintain decency and order in the Internet. The rest I dunno.

We're in the middle between regular moderators and admins. We can do everything a regular moderator can and more, like suspending, banning, etc.
