Are those of MM dead?
How can they die when their mac modder comes back!

None.

Holy shit it's ian! The clan itself is long dead, but some of its members still lurk around. I forget if you were around after I changed my name, I was Killer_Kow. It's good to see you.

Good to see you.

Yea, popped back into SEN, starcraft.org is an innactive/insulting community.

Anyway, I actually made a mod loader for macs recently. Got starcraft 2. Became semi famous. My map editor has been doing well.

How about you?

None.

Yeah, nowhere's really as active as they used to be (with the solid exception of TL). But we still hang out and have a good time.

TL?

Yea, I've actually played SC more this year then ever. I got my friends playing, so I run my own server and we play there. I got 6 playing.

None.

TL is teamliquid.net. It's mostly a melee website, the biggest outside of korea I think.

Red classic.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
