hi all, haven't posted much in years besides some maps.

while i was looking across my old computer i came across a bound i had started after shortly coming back into sc after a long absence. i remembered the good times and all my old pals. i have no clue why, but i started a map and dedicated it to a buddy lost among old school games. of course i had never finished the map or had gotten very far.

i came here today to put the map (i thought the theory was cool at the time, maybe you'll catch onto it) out into the world and maybe someone will think it's cool and finish it.

i have no clue if anyone even bounds anymore but i thought this little map wouldn't be lost among all the others that have been started and never finished.

thanks

p.s. if anyone has the maps 4Bound or Bound Around II lying around i'd love to see some of my old work that are long gone.

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death

Way easy and way incomplete. The concept you have isn't really new, although it may have been when you were working on it.

Bounders are found here: http://www.angelfarto.com

I would request long lost bounds on the shoutbox of that website. Someone might have it. Or it might even be in the database, so you can search that as well.

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"

Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
