First off, I would like to give credit to TassadarZeratul, because not only did he spend a huge amount of time answering my questions and guiding me through it, but also for the concept in the first place.
Now...
READ THE README TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY THE MOD AND HOW TO DO EVERYTHING CORRECTLY
Moving on. You make dark archons to try to mind control Critters that are spawning around the map. Each critter has a spell (E.G Psi Storm, Plague, Irradiate etc.) and a small, 5-13 damage attack. You must kill your opponent, with the help of your critters and such.
Have fun :)

Dungeon Master

Screenshots? I don't have SC and I'm interested. This actually sounds VERY similar to something I made (but never released) a long time ago.

she/her

Screenshots should be in a standard format (e.g. PNG or JPG) and should not require one to actually download a ZIP file.

Looks pretty tripped up. I'll try it out by the end of the week, hopefully.

The mod sounds fun; simple but interesting.
If Starcraft didn't screw with my wrist, I'd be excited to play it.

As Hydrolisk says, though, convert the screenshots to a different format and put them up directly. As it is, viewing them is hardly less work than just getting and playing the mod in the first place.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
