hey i wanted to post up a map ive been working on for a while and it says to start a thread i need screenshots and i see the majority of ppl seem to post the pictures on ImageShack so i made an account and it dosent accept PCX file types. I also am unable to view the PCX file. So my question is what is the most common program you use to open the screenshot and also if i wanted to upload the screenshot and then place it in my future thread, would i have to convert it to a different type?
sorry if this is in wrong section ty for help

I always use http://media-convert.com/ to convert the file into a more common format.

I'll move it to Tech in case you have any further questions about file formats and other related stuff.

ALL PRAISE YOUR SUPREME LORD CORBO

To add a bit more, if you just want to upload your files, tinypic.com accepts pcx and auto converts them for you (to jpg, though.)

fuck you all

Just here for the activity... well not really

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Audio/Audio-Convertors/ToPNG.shtml

step 1. drag image file to exe
step 2. wait less than 4 seconds
step 3. your file is now a PNG file

Ultraviolet -- That's strange, it looks like you targeted the base image file (sometimes people make the mistake of just using the imgur page link which doesn't work for embedding) but it still didn't work it sounds like.

ManCubuS -- I should try a workaround, thanks! Sadly imgur is blocked in my country for some unknown reason.

NudeRaider -- I think SEN has trouble with https or hotlinking is forbidden. It certainly is nothing about the size, it just fails to get any size. You can get it working if you use imgur and include the actual image link for the img tag. Like this: [img=https://i.imgur.com/ddYqXZa.jpeg]

ManCubuS -- Hey fellas! Anyone knows why when I try to upload an image it says "failed to get image size"? I even tried making it so small. Imgur isn't working here and I tried postimg no luck.
