Hi, I'm a little new to modding and I've read a bunch of tutorials, but I have an issue with one aspect: creating wireframes.
It seems that every time I make one, it comes out in strange colors ingame. I know it can be done, but I just don't know how. Can someone tell me a good way to make custom wireframes?

Are you using the wireframe palette? If so, there's a tutorial somewhere. I'll try find it.

I was editing wireframes in Paint - as it seemed to have worked for all the other GRPs I've done.

You need to copy and paste the wireframe on top of an existing, extracted-from-MPQ wireframe BMP, to convert it to the correct palette.

I tried doing that and still no luck.

Can you post a screenshot of what the wireframe looks like in game, and in your GRP converter.

What do you mean it comes out in strange colors? You are probably using incorrect palette indexes.
