It's pretty solid, but slightly wrong. Rotations are incorrectly portrayed as folds, and it isn't always possible to rotate from one point in a space to a second while leaving the remainder of the body fixed. Everything past the 4th dimension in this video is kinda off the mark.

Yeah flatland made my head go like O_o

Then I stared at 3D renditions of 4D and 5D cubes until it stopped hurting so much.

I don't feel like doing more than skimming the video you linked to, but it seems like some sort of confusing quantum stuff to me.

I watched it all the way through, a couple years ago, and my thoughts were, "Hay, this'll be a handy video to throw at people who have no bloody clue what "dimensions" are."

Interesting... I heard once there were 18 dimensions but I guess not.

Win by luck, lose by skill.

Wait, how is the ant moving around on the newspaper without the 4th dimension? How can he jump at all.

Are you sure about that?

This would be a fun basis for a confusing as fuck sci fi story.

EDIT: I am disappoint that they didn't go into spacial dimensions greater than three though.

Actually Fringe touches on the 5th (and 6th?) dimension a bit. I like the show.

Too bad Syphon isn't around. He likes to rant about how the fourth dimension isn't time.

It's not. Fucking pop physicists.

In fact, the same person has ANOTHER video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfhOBevrN2U&feature=channel, that states that "time isn't really a spatial dimension."

Ooo, that makes me tempted to watch it. That and that Doodle enjoys it.

One more good reason and I'll probably end up watching it.
