The ISOM program converts isometrical terrain to square terrain, but since it appears you just want to make square tiles, use SCMDraft or another 3rd party editor (not xtra)

Get the latest stable release here (0.8.0), before you accidentally download an old version and start asking questions about why certain features don't work or the like.
