Let me show you how to hump without making love.

Game requires a microphone and web cam to play.

A browser game that is more like an interactive horror movie than anything. I am truly amazed by this game and that it was funded by Doritos, "Snack Strong Productions" and everyone should play this game. I haven't tried the new Asylum version, but I plan to when the game opens tonight... Which is another thing about the game, it's only payable between 6pm and 6am, to enhance the fear factor of the game.

You should definitely play it, this is a unique experience that everyone should try.

Let me show you how to hump without making love.

In Hotel, you check into a hotel to stay the night just like any normal person. Then everything goes all Grudge on your ass. You try to escape, many different sequences require that you interact with the game to get through it and discover the hidden messages throughout the game. You can't half ass this game, because the entire game is a puzzle.

Interesting. First time I've gotten to see flash's extended media capabilities being purposefully used for something other than compromising peoples' computers. :P

I managed "beat" this without a webcam or mic, though.

DarkenedFantasies -- Probably just didn't care. For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?
