I don't want to have people constantly making terrain for me so I'm wondering if the is a GOOD terrain tutorial out there

Some helpful terraining tutorials are in the Terrain Wiki and Falkoner's Terrain Tutorials is also helpful. Other then that, all you really need to do is practice.

You can also ask us for some specific tutorial and maybe someone will write about the subject ;)
