According to the anagram solver I used, Mark, William and Gresham aren't Anagrams at all. Braun however could be Urban, but I doubt its relevance and thus think it's just a generic name, unless it is pointing at Braun electric shavers, toothbrushes, hair styling products or small appliances.

I'm hoping that the next Cryptogram helps determine what to do, but if patrolmen don't jail me tonight, I fear you won't ever solve it.
