experience symbols
As description says, what are the requirements for the experience marks?

I wouldn't really consider it to be 'experience'. I mean it's not like:
Posts: 10,000
LEVEL UP!!!
- Skills gained: Spammer level 42.
- Name color obtained!
- Icon gained:
- EXP required for next level up: 50,000 posts.
- Next icon:
But in all seriousness, icons are handed out by administrators. Most senior members are either a regular or a veteran, so if you just arrived here on SEN, don't expect to get an icon until you've made a positive mark or have contributed to the community.
