Yeah, we all know you can play campaign offline. The idea, however, is that when you log into Battle.net, you have to start the campaign over.
EDIT: And if progress is saved between offline and online, we do know that you can't earn achievements offline. So for that purpose, you'd have to start over anyway.
I'm actually really confused now. What does that have to do with campaign mode being online or offline? The Warden comment was obviously a joke given the recent large amounts of disconnects due to Warden.
Oh, that part. I don't think he literally meant "anything." To pull off a joke like that, "I'm going to laugh when you have to connect to BattleNet to do anything but unsaved offline campaign mode, and the Warden still disconnects everyone every 7 minutes" doesn't quite work.
You cannot play a game on the official battle.net servers without a client and a CD key. Unless you provide undeniable evidence proving your case, then you are lying.
Red classic.
"In short, their absurdities are so extreme that it is painful even to quote them."
It's right I guess. Except you don't have to actually buy a copy to play on B.net.
I think he means torrent, or the like. Still i don't understand how your going to get a cdkey this early. Their haven't been any bots or sc programs that are backdoor programs to collect cd keys yet
I guess you could borrow sc2 which would technically mean your not buying it. Explain gigs.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.
Symmetry shouted: Ohhh imagine a SC map that could delete itself
not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
