I've heard of programs like fruitloop 8 or something like that in which you can take any sound file and modify it in anyway to shorten it, make a loop, etc. or to even make your own music. If such programs are available, where would i get them and is it safe? Anyone who actually has it can you give a link to where you downloaded it?

I use audacity. It's free, easy to use, and can do all you want IIRC.

👻 👾 👽 💪

You can get a trial version of FruityLoops ... It doesn't have as many features and you can't save a project, but you can save a midi file which stores all the same information.

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"

Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
