I answered your PM and the message was successfully sent with my last open pm space. Don't make excuses for not even starting it yet. There's nothing stopping you from starting your article. In case you still don't get my pms:
Essay. A bulleted report would make no sense, unless you meant something that's just sectioned and chopped up like this which would be fine. You can try to do it with foresight to put it in an already ready-for-magazine way, but it would probably be easiest for you to just write it as an essay, and let me chop it up as needed.
You can send it to me whenever you can, or just post it here. There's no time table for reasons I've already mentioned, but I do ask that you don't take too long because it has already been a while since you first said you would do this.
