He's an old friend of mine who had some moderation ability on that site.
As to that site... it isn't active because we have a forum here, at SEN, and have for almost a year (plus one at Maplantis before that).
It is worth noting, though, that that website is very useful: it has over half of the maps in the "[Clan Oo] Maps" topic that were lost otherwise in SENv4's server shutdown.
