Hosting problems...
I'm trying to fix my latency so I can host some games...I tried port forwarding, I went to Run... and typed in cmd, then ipconfig, wrote down my ip address, and put it into Firefox, but the page never loaded. Then I tried Internet Explorer, and it said I was not connected to the internet, however when I opened another page it loaded perfectly fine. So am I doing something wrong with port forwarding? is there another method to fix hosting? All I want is to pass around a name change on a map I made a long time ago...
The IP address you want to put in to access the page is the gateway IP address, not your computer's IP address.

It is another one of the things that ipconfig shows. It will most likely be an IP address similar to your computer's IP address, but probably ending with a 1 (typical, but it doesn't have to be a 1).
