Idk, AJ Walker is a guy running for Nevada, that and he added me for some reason so I assumed he could possibly be you. Although now that I look at my friends list you're probably Woxan. So you're not running until June? And does it cost money to move to nevada?

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
