I reached level five, it's telling me I can go fight in a war. How? O_o
I checked the wars list, and under each war it says no active battle (every war in the world right now), how would I find one where I could fight? Also, how would I check the quality of the hospital near me?

Move your ass to the US and youd see war, Mother russia isnt seeing much action. Clicking you nations flag under your avvy on the left side of anywhere in erepublik will bring up the nations stats. Look up your region from there and you'll find the hospital and defense system quality. If you fought that day, there will be a heal button next to hospital.

The game seems very lacking and boring. I don't get it.

Click My Places > Army > Show active wars > Filter results for active battles > Find one involving your country > Click Details > Go to battle field > Fight
And then you're done. Except you should then click on your nations flag under your avatar, find your region that you live in and if it has a hospital heal.
You lose health when you fight, never fight below 50 after you've used the hosital because you wont be able to heal again. And if you get below 40 you wont be allowed to fight, and therefore can't use the hopsital and it's a bitch to get back up to 40.
