shush chatty monkey! Check the corp member list...we have a new arrival that is raising his own planet. Although I don't agree with his lack of teamwork I let him in.

no way, back when I was addicted to Starport, I got absolutely nothing done. My marks went to hell an everything. Not suffering through that again...

Thats what it was like when I first found it a year ago...then I quit due to stress. Now I am back at it but I have learned to control it. I spend like 1 hour on it every second day now

Now I hardly spend any time at all on it :D

I agree :D but the game is like gambling (I HAVE NEVR GAMBLED SO DONT SUGGEST IT), the more you lose the more you play, the more you play the more you lose.

You just saved yourself an hour or two of frustration. Thanks for bringing back this dead topic, like we need it.

I was deciding not to post on it that I didn't get it. Or maybe I did get it but it was gay.

To me now I see it as WoW, pointless and stupid...except this is better than WoW imo in terms of fun

All MMORPG's are pointless and stupid. They're just there for instant fun.

WoW wasn't very fun. Neither is this game. If you would call Diablo an MMO then that would be a very fun MMO.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
