So my speaker system for my desktop stoped working for some reason, specifically my sub. The 2 little speakers that go with it seem to work just fine alone. My sub doesn't seem to make any noise by itself, and when I try to plug the 2 little speakers into it, it makes a really loud crazy buzzing sound, along with some other noises. I'm pretty sure I didn't blow it cuz it looks fine and if I did it would still play some sort of music right? I doesn't play at all though, just makes that noise. The 2 little speakers also make the sound once they're plugged into the sub, but other than that they're fine.

But anyways its pretty old I guess and I don't really use it, just wondering if anyone knows what the issue might be and if it's fixable. Thanks

You should notice a big difference if your sub is working.

Make sure all your connections are nice and snug. No broken / exposed wires.

Subs really don't play music, eh. Mostly bass and the vibrations from it.

I know. By not play music, I mean it doesn't even vibrate with the bass of the song.
