Your engrish is totally broken "Your Duty .... Do pay your taxes!"
And you also say that "Your Good Life" hinges the taxes you pay.
First you say that there isn't a choice "Can't Choose" Then you turn around and say "Pay or Not?" The only excuse for this is if a person is asking themselves "Should a pay or not?" but even then you still fail because you just switched from 2nd person to 1st person and then BACK to 1st person.
Just critiquing this made my head hurt. Grade: F-

It was however, a decently made video. Broken English used. It would appear you tried to be like a tax collector, going: LOL PAY NAO.

For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.
