Cybernations Is a wonderful game that I have been playing for a couple of years now. It will only take 5 minutes out of your day to play and gives you something to do when you're dead bored. It is highly influenced by Sid Meyer's Civilization mechanics. I just thought Id come and share it with you guys since the last thread died out a year ago. Most of the world at this moment is in turmoil because of a huge war encompassing thousands of nations.
Cyber Nations is a free persistent browser-based nation simulation game. Create a nation anywhere in the world and decide how you will rule your people by choosing a government type, a national religion, ethnicity, tax rate, currency type, and more in this new geo-political, nation, and government simulator. Build your empire by purchasing infrastructure to support your citizens, land to expand your borders, technology to increase your nation's effectiveness, military to defend your interests, and develop national improvements and wonders to build your nation according to your choosing.
Also if you do decide to join you should enter an alliance, they will offer trading, financial aid as well as protection from assholes. There was once a SEN Alliance however we did not have sufficient members to protect ourselves from the pirate nations. If you are interested you could join my alliance, Lux Aeterna and we can work on giving you a nice sum of starting money.

Fuck Cybernations. I had nation for about nine months. I was in the NPO and I was doing pretty well, earning about 6mil per collection with several wonders, until some random assholes started nuking the shit out of me. I gave up, and I think my nation is deleted now. Seriously, don't get caught up in this game, because as soon as you start getting in the top 25%, everyone is after you. You won't survive. It starts as a nice stress reliever, but the game will only end up pissing you off.

I played it, then some random dick attacked me and as soon as I kicked his ass with air planes, he called in three friends to attack me. I quit after that.
I too enjoyed playing this game for a few months until all of my efforts were lost when I got gangbanged. I deleted my nation soon after.

I was actaully at the top and had a wonderful nation then I got attacked cause I was doing a tech raid and the nation aliance I search was none but it turned out it was grey. So I apologized with 4 mil and gave them back what I took and they thanked me but my clan decided to attack me and 18 of them just lined up for the next one to finish so they could take his place and attack.... I played three times and first time Lost my nation badly in a clan war second time I got attacked randomly by a clan and helped by a clan and that clan got nuked and owned and found me and killed me and the first story was my last....which pissed me off so badly omfg didnt go on the internet for days..
