Because the way they were using them before they got disabled was stupid, basically. They want to overhaul the system.

As the moderator, he can set his own minerals to a generic RANDINTrandom2;, and, yes, he can get all the minerals he wants. Moose sure is a cheapskate, though!

So we don't get minerals, but he does. That way the ratio of his minerals to any other members is infinity; he can't achieve that without disabling our minerals, see. It's a power play.

My minerals only serve as a reminder to IP of how long it has been since he disabled them. I didn't disable them. I also have not artificially added any minerals to my account, they have all been accquired through the raffle.

I reiterate that I didn't disable minerals. You want a post from IP saying that he did? Here you go. Minerals are "in progress". Furthermore, I do not need minerals and there is no "gain" for me resulting from minerals being disabled.
