WTF? This was like FOREVER ago. Also, yeah, it was kind of funny because I was eating dinner or something and I hear loud Tetris music playing. My cat came flying downstairs past me on my way to turn it down.

Honestly? I think it was mostly because I liked to play FPS's with it playing in the background. It kind of gave my killing a noticeable boost. The faster the music became, the more I transformed into a deadlier and crazier killer.

LOL, Ive tried playing Call of Duty 4 to anything but rock music, it makes me die by my own grenades and get knfied a lot. I tried Rick Astley too.

Sure I didn't pop off on SCBW like I wanted to, but I won VRChat. Map maker for life.

I play CoD4 to classical music. Bach and Beethoven are preferred. It truly is the best thing ever.

I might try that. Might start with a regular symphony of modern music and slowly edge off toward classical.

do that why playing GTA and running over people.... it just feels right

I listen to heavy Drum n Bass and techno for everyting else cause it gives me a adrenaline boost to react fast. my score at E4 all against pros was at 118 and that put me best of 300(give or take)out of 5000 people thier even the pros but I took it again with Time splitters2 song called Scrap yard and it amped it up to 145.6 which boosted me up to 50 out of 5789???(more people were coming in that day still...).

edit: the screen where it ranks your score with the people who were their said 50 out of how many people who played it they had a couple of machines there to test yourself so yeah XD

Since this topic's topic kind of changed...

I like playing shooting games to the soundtrack of A Clockwork Orange. It just feels... right.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
