Ace Online is a MMORPG but not an ordinary one. What it is is a 3D shooter. Basically you fly a fighter jet and shoot down air units, and other players even in another aspect of the game. There are 4 types of jets: b-gear, m-gear, n-gear, and i-gear. They begin with different stats and have different stat multipliers (there's more info on that in their forum). There are maps like ordinary MMORPGs, where you travel maps from portal to portal. These maps have a confined volume of space, meaning you can't fly too high or outside the area of the map. I know, sucks right? No, it's still a pretty good game. Your weapons, gun and missiles, are attached to your jet (obviously) and there are a variety of weapons that you could use to customize you 'gear' as you level (yeah, you could level ). I personally like using the missiles. They chase the enemy unit but they could evade them. A down side is that missiles cost a lot more to refuel than the gun, but you probably have a lot of money (SPI; that's what the money called) anyway from the quest/missions. The quest/missions reward you a lot of money and experience points. There are different types of engines. Some faster, some with more control. Oh, and there are skills too (I know, weird.). There are attack and defense skills, and more. I haven't really gone into skills. There is some kind of storyline in the game of which the missions are based off of. I don't know, I don't read it. At level 11 you choose a side between the BCU and the ANI. This will dtermine which side you're on when war occurs. Yeah! War! This is where lots of PVP occurs. Though I'm not sure how it works, war I mean. I've heard there's capture the flag. The graphics aren't that great. But hell it's still a lot to download. Well, there you go. It's a decent game, until you get bored of the grindfest.

Ace is the same jackasses who were playing SCO when ACE wasn't existant. All you have in that game is egofest high levels who say the game is no skill. Also, the servers lag up quite a bit sometimes.
