Shoxville, a quiet community, was fast asleep. It had been a long day for them all, as they'd been selling baked goods at their small carnival. They followed this tradition year in, year out, to raise money for their annual memorial service. The service was for remembering their founding father, Shocko.

It had been nearly seven years since his death, the day that the war between mafia and town, began. Because of this, the 9th of September was one, not to be easily forgotten.

For on the morning after, Shocko was found hung from an apple tree, with a note stapled at each corner, to his chest. The note read:

"This is just the beggining of our thirst for blood. By the end of the week, the numbers will have increased, and you shall witness the true power of the mafia!"

This enraged the town, for it was far more than they could take. They prepared their clubs and bats, whilst tightening a noose. A meeting was called, and they decided upon a lynching.

For ambiguity purposes, I was killed on the 9th, found on the 10th. Not killed on the 9th and found almost 7 years after.

All I could see is:

9. Loveless
10. TassadarZeratul <-- Sorry, the number 10 appears only in the note of Shocko that isn't included in the message.

They are all the numbers contained in the text. And since it's about September, the 9th month of a year, I would go for Loveless.

Omg, didn't DM have all those "party hard" avatars in his sig space? or maybe it was someone else. eh. i just remember someone with those party hard things but DM's the only person who would make sense to be even having those .gifs and be playing this mini mafia.

I'm wondering shocko, even though you can't answer the question (i think), since their are only 2 mafias did you actually put clues for both of them ? your story seems so small and very hard to get clues from that you might've actually only put one clue interpretaions or maybe more but for the same mafia. This would lead to possibly someone coming up with 2 (or more) really hard clues against 2 diffrent people but you only gave clues for one mafia.

Now i'm not saying to not think as much but don't think too hard. Not to be a jerk but i question shockos ability to make good clues.

I abstain, all clues/interpretations so far suck.

Stupid interpretation imo, but whatever it's not like I had something better. I'll get over the text again tomorrow.
Problem is we have no idea how Shockos clues look like, but that's not a reason to jump on the stupidest thing in sight.

Viet should be able to confirm that I'm a townie - he already knows my role.

Also consider this: DM and TZ posted only one minute after another. Clearly they are working together. So early in the game it's not very likely to already have formed alliances you can trust, so the chance is very real that both are Mafia.

Moose, I made generic ideas that could be applied to anyone barring I changed the clue.
MZ, clue's are slightly more weighted on a single mafian today, but that will be balanced over night. I will do candidate tally in morning.
