Fast is all relative, but I definitely eat slower than most people so, yes, I think eating slowly gets you more taste. It all really depends on what you're eating though, and if I'm starving, sure I'll wolf down food.
More importantly, it gets you more taste for less food, so when you get older and don't exercise daily, you won't get fat.
When eating a big meal i tend to take my time so I can fit more in. When eating a normal meal I eat fast, unless i have someone to talk to(all bets are off at that point).
