The eziest way to get SEN going is whenever we make a map, we put "Channel Op SEN @USEAST" or "www.staredit.net" or just SEN member or something like that..
Since we should be the most experienced in map making, we should be able to make them first :P

Yes, some people already do that. We should have an official request or something, if you use SEN, ask for the map maker to advertise the map. Maybe even SEN Certification for outstanding maps or something.
