Just here for the activity... well not really

Motherboard died. Besides the obvious "GET A NEW ONE LOLL," any ideas?

More specifics please, how are you certain it is the mobo, does it return a beep code when the memory is pulled, are you just not getting power at all? Please specify what is truly going on with the computer.

None.

It doesn't boot. Turning computer on = nothing expect the power button lights up normally. The monitior is stuck at black, with no errors or anything. No keys respond, and the setup disc won't get read.

As for the MB, it's either that or a sound/graphic because everything else works.

ᴄʜᴇᴇsᴇ ɪᴛ!

Ram, psu, cpu. All viable problems. I'd bet on ram before motherboard. Luckily my mobo has a hex display which tells me what's wrong. I get c9 far too often, which means my ram is bad. I just flip the ram into another slot.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is a power supply issue, it's not uncommon for them to only half-way screw up, however, I also wouldn't be surprised if it was a graphics card problem. However, to be sure whether it's the motherboard or not, remove the memory and then boot it up and see if you get a beep code, if you do not, the motherboard is the problem, otherwise it is elsewhere.

lol, what about if he had no speaker in the system? Besides that not everyone connects those, my current case doesn't even have one.

Ultraviolet -- That's strange, it looks like you targeted the base image file (sometimes people make the mistake of just using the imgur page link which doesn't work for embedding) but it still didn't work it sounds like.

ManCubuS -- I should try a workaround, thanks! Sadly imgur is blocked in my country for some unknown reason.

NudeRaider -- I think SEN has trouble with https or hotlinking is forbidden. It certainly is nothing about the size, it just fails to get any size. You can get it working if you use imgur and include the actual image link for the img tag. Like this: [img=https://i.imgur.com/ddYqXZa.jpeg]

ManCubuS -- Hey fellas! Anyone knows why when I try to upload an image it says "failed to get image size"? I even tried making it so small. Imgur isn't working here and I tried postimg no luck.
