Another Way To Configure Port Forwarding

Ok, it isn't new to me on how to simply port forward a game through my router by typing in the all-knowing address for '192.168.1.1' into FireFox or Internet Explorer. For some odd reason though once I enter the address it prompts me with the whole user name and password box and I enter everything correctly and the box goes away and the page simply says "Done". I know I'm entering the right information because I just got done working with this about 2 days ago and didn't have any issues then. I don't know what else to do but I would like to not have to disconnect and reconnect my router and modem all of the time and simply be able to port forward again. Anyone got any ideas?

There's no real way to do it otherwise, they're meant to be configured through a browser, maybe you should try hitting the little reset button on your router.

So you fixed it? Damn, I wanted to try my script that opens the port manually and holds them open as long as you have to program opened.
