Tried to connect to SEN a minute ago and got this:
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'waiting for initial communication packet', system error: 95 in /home/starlite/public_html/core/mysql.php on line 20
A Staredit Network error has occured:
MySQL Error: No connection to the server.
Please contact administration with all the details.

It went away after a minute or two, just refreshed the page but wanted to see if there was any issue that needed to be looked into.

server down, I believe. I couldn't connect either.
