A good load of classical music to help me stay focused on work and keep calm.
This is pretty much a knockoff of Impeached's request, only that I'm limiting the playlist to only classical music.

Much thanks in advance.

Dungeon Master

There are plenty of internet radio stations that stream classical music stations. I'd suggest doing a little hunting on google.

Mhm. Tchaikovsky has tons of good stuff. My favorite from him is probably his first Piano Concerto though.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly is a great movie

One of my favorite Chopin pieces

And even though it's not really classical you should check out McFerrin and Bona some

This is really beautiful although I typically like the Schubert version better

Artist : Good work to begin with for such artist.
Dvorak : Symphony No. 9
Philip Glass : Heroes Symphony, or mad rush apparently.
Tchaikovsky : 1812 Overture
Mussorgsky : Pictures at an Exhibition
Rachmanioff : Piano Concerto No. 3
Franz Schubert : Great Symphony
Beethoven : Pastoral Symphony
Mozart : I don't like Mozart, he sounds too generic nowadays.
Chopin : Piano Concerto No. 2
Franz Liszt : Totentanz
Copland : Fanfare for the Common man
Borodin : In the Steppes of Central Asia
Bruckner : Philosophic Symphony
Saint-Saens : Dance Macabre
Nielsen : Aladdin Suite
Shostakovich : Piano Concerto No. 2
Grieg : Peer Gynt Suite No. 1
Mendelssohn : Scottish Symphony
Holst : The Planets
Stravinsky : Firebird Suite
Sibelius : Violin Concerto
Massenet : Le Cid
Leo Weiner : Divertimento No. 1
Berlioz : Symphony Fantastique
Balakirev : Symphony No. 2
Respighi : Ancient Airs And Dnaces No. 2
Dukas : Symphony
Gliere : Anything and everything by this guy is awesome, but Harp Concerto
Samuel Barber : Adagio for strings
Prokofiev : Lieutenant Kije Suite
Elgar : Cello Concerto
Wagner : The Ring Suite (Although technically not composed by him, it is made from some of his best material.)

My favorite Dvorak is this (although this is not necessarily the best version) Amazing Cello Concerto. Hm... for Rach, he has good piano concertos (obv he's famous for the 3rd) but I love some of his Preludes. Like this one or this one. The latter being my favorite. Mussorgsky also did Night On Bare/Bald Mountain (you've heard it even if you think you haven't) and some other cool stuff. I love Schubert's impromptu piano pieces the most. He also has some good art songs. As for Mozart... I know what you mean... but I could find some specific pieces... hmm... well let's not think too hard. The Requiem is pretty amazing. What else, what else... my favorite Beethoven piece is the "Rasumovsky" String Quartet (fourth movement; preferably performed by the Budapest String Quartet - their version is incomparable). But I also enjoy some of his more well known stuff like the Emperor Piano Concerto, Pathetique, Moonlight Sonata, and his 5th symphony.

Good call on Stravinsky, Wagner, and Copland. Also Shostakovich. There was no way I'd remember everyone.

I never said those were my favorites, they are just ones lots of people seem to like. (Except for artists that aren't popular, like Balakirev, which I just chose one with a lot of good parts.) I'd say that for every artist up there I like a different work more.

I didn't say those were your favorites. I was just kinda expanding with more particular pieces. I need to do it randomly and sparatically or else FlyingHat won't get anything at all. I don't have the attention span to do what you did.
