Goku would obviously win since he can move faster than the speed of light which makes him infinitely dense -- hence why he hits so hard. All superman can do is go faster than a speeding bullet.

Goku, of course there's almost no comparison between Japanese Anime characters and American Super heroes, for one, Japanese Anime characters get stronger every saga/arc, while American super heroes stay the same power as always ethier way after cell saga, Goku would rape Superman with Super Sayian, probably even without it, and about the guy who said Superman would target Goku's love one's, thats not a nice idea, you'd get Gohan, Trunks, Vegeta, Android 18 and the rest of his ass, GG.

Goku. Yes, Superman has heat vision, but heat vision is tiny compared to what Goku can do. Also, if you've ever seen an episode of Dragonball (Z) with any actual hand-to-hand fighting, you'll see that it isn't as simple as Goku charging up and Superman beating him down. They move so fast that someone is swinging and the other is blocking every frame. It's ridiculous.
Also, upon reading the comments on the CBUB Fights page, I noticed that most of the people who voted for Superman kept saying that he would win because he's older and American, which doesn't make any sense. For example:
