I should probably distinguish more of a difference between "Read" and "Unread"

you need green versions + a grayed 'read' flag. A slight difference between the mine and unread would also be nice.

Maybe a star for the unread... so both 'mine' and 'unread' both don't look practically identical w/ the circle.

Any word about the selling and sending items feature?

I added those on my local server bronto. The size seems better fitting, but they need some fixing.
First, lock should probably be green for a green skin.
The yellow and green on the unread clash horribly.
The poll needs some thing, idk how to explain it.
Maybe just a gray square for unread? No need for color at all.

The lock is pretty sweet though, I do like it.

I made the lock look as much as possible to you. ;p I thought unread needed a more attention grabbing effect as to attract one to read its contents. Read is grey, for both, because if you already read it and nothing new is in there, whats the point. The Lock for the Default/Epic Green skin should be yellow to stand out from the green skin, should it not? The poll looks sexy. The only thing, besides the colors/size is that there is nothing overlapping. None of the bars overlap as they do on the current one. I thought that it would give it a much cleaner look and be brighter so that you don't just make out a dark purple line as the poll. I will tinker with the Unread because the green does blend in with the yellow.

Honestly, I don't like your poll icon. Too colorful and bright for our generally dark ( and bi-chrome ) schemes. In a lighter, or more varied setting, maybe, but ...
The mine/read/unread look too hectic - I just see four-way symetrical splatters of unanti-aliased pixels.
Speaking of which, I think the lock'd be better with atleast single-pixel blurs in the nooks, and if the bar weren't suddenly thicker at one point in the bend. Then again, IP's opinion of it seems to conflict rather strongly with mine, so I guess my thoughts aren't exactly the important ones here. ...

I have made a terrible error. I should have said cool like me or stated that "us" meant Nude, inferno, centreri, dtbk, farty, and polaris. Anyone else who has name color isn't cool.

Regardless of whatever icons you seem to be referring to, I think that the current icons are good and do not need to be changed.

It appears to me that you succeeded on over elaborating what you were trying to say. I was trying to make an eye in the center with some eye lashes for the Read/Unread/Mine. Seems to fit the category of "looking" at a topic. I could probably dull the colors slightly for the Poll, they do seem too bright.
