Might I suggest that you make the production topic links a little bit larger? Just X is hard to click on. Maybe Topic might be better? If it's not too much trouble, the X is terribly undescriptive.
Yea, just make the actual names of the projects the links to the topics.

Good call.

Also, no, I haven't made any progress on this yet. :ermm:

PS: Some older contests will get minerals, as well as the winners from the RPG contest.
Don't worry about it.

I didn't want to do this because I don't want the links to be too distracting and I don't want the maps that do have threads much flashier than the ones that don't.

Let me show you how to hump without making love.

Change my title to Sanctuary Dyne and Mq3 will be aiding me.

I've decided to change my RPG. Call it Assassin's RPG for now. I may come up with a better name later. Thanks.

Just take out the "RPG" and it'll automatically be a better name.

Listen to this man.

Is it okay to submit 2 maps? I might submit a small map that will act somewhat like an introduction/prologue to the bigger story.

Unfortunately, I am withdrawing from this contest because of my newest and most kick ass map ever which will be revealed within the next couple weeks. Hopefully this withdrawal is temporary and I will have time later this year to continue work on my RPG

Of course.

There is no regulation on the number of players a map can have.

Could you change my map name on the list from psychedelic stone rpg to stone rpg please? And if you wanted to you could post a link beside my map to this thread.

Done.

I'm considering doing various specific awards beyond the grand winner if there ends up a good number of submissions; it's really up to if you guys want it. Off the top of my head it would likely include:
Most innovative
Best storyline
Most captivating
Best gameplay
Best replayability
+Most professional
+Most aesthetically pleasing

Feedback? Feel free to suggest other categories.

I'm gonna go for best storyline and probably professionalism if that's one, its safe to say mine'll be pretty professional. Sounds like a great idea, it'll add more competition.

Like the awards idea. Professionalism or Aesthetics (the overall pleasing effect of the map) should be included in the list.

Alright, I'll add. I did as two categories, think it should be one?

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
[2026-7-16. : 6:26 am]
NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
