Is Researched as a requirement in Firegraft?

Im trying to make it so you have to research a tech to beable to build a unit. In fire graft there is an "is researched..." op code but then when i create a parameter after that it is only a list of units. Ad Astras has this, i opened it up in fire graft and it looks fine, i just cant get techs in the list for parameters. Help?

Firegraft will do that sometimes. I just go to a different tab and go back and try to edit the parameter to get a tech.
