i met him acouple hours before you posted this. He isn't good enough for Oo as of yet. He understands somewhat the basics of map making i just need him to prove it to me and complete an original map instead of a bound.

I agree to all of this.but he didn't show me a bound that he made >.>.He showed me a noobish and incomplete RPG.
Either way though I get the point .

I did. I guess... He is an old member solar recruited back in 04. Just is allowed to use the tag n such but isn't an active map maker or anything.
