for the units\buildings, how do you change the size of it...
like the green circle around the unit\building?

Datedit -> Units -> Graphics IIRC

I believe the selection circle is controlled in the unit's sprite entry. The green selection circle has nothing to do with the unit's actual size.

As I said, look at your building's sprite entry, where you can adjust selection circle size, health bar size, and health bar placement. I meant that changing the unit's size does not automatically change selection circle. To get to sprite entry, go to your unit's graphics tab and click the arrow next to the graphics selection. You should now be in flingy. Click the arrow on this screen to get to sprites.
